Jakby się komuś mogło przydać:
Hextronik HXT50 5gramowe 180°
Hextronik HXT90 9gr 180°
Hitec hs-322hd 40gr 140°
Towerpro mg99s 12g 180°
Turnigy tgy-90s 13gr 180°
Walkera wk-4.3- 3 5gr 180°
B.podobny konstr. noname 6gr 180°
Corona cs-929mg 13gr 140°
towerpro sg90 10g 180°

3-position servo controller/driver
I've searched for something like this, but could not find it all over the Internet, so I designed my own. Later I replaced it with a different circuit, much better for my purpose, but the project seemd quite necesary since I'v sold some units on ebay and I still get new asks for it. So, if You want to buy a piece or make it by Yourself - here is the way.
Two pins for power, two inputs and typical 3-pin servo socket.
Three potentiometers to adjust 3 servo states: neutral, pin#1 high and pin#2 high.
Oscillogram shows, it keeps the params quite OK.
I sell it for ca 8EUR or 10USD, eg here(ebay, worlwide) or here (allegro, poland end near). If these links expired, just try search by the title. Or just email me bujnos[at]bujnowski.biz , especially if You want bigger quantities.
And DIY
PCB is 42.5x45.7mm.
Potentiometers 3x150k..200k
ins and outs: goldpin.
Diodes: 1N4148
I recommend trace it all as top layer and mount all components as SMD, so You get clear bottom surface ideal to mount anywhere with 2-side sticky foam or tape. My versions are made this way.
Application:
As far as I know, some people applied it to control CCTV zoom and/or camera position.
